What is included?

Your reservation at Dogwood Venue includes:

  • 14 hours onsite (10 hours on Sundays)

Can we see it beforehand?

We love for our guests and prospective parties to visit Dogwood Venue before booking their event. We promise you'll fall in love the first time you make your way around the property.

 

However, because we are privately owned we ask that you request an appointment beforehand.

Are there any noise restrictions in your area?

No! You can party as loud as you want.

Is Dogwood Venue handicap accessible?

Yes!

We want everyone to experience the magic of your special day without hesitation. 

Do you have more than one event per day?

Typically no. We want to focus on you and your special day!

What is the backup weather plan?

Any southerner knows that our weather is unpredictable and can change hour by hour. In the event of inclement weather, rain, or if its just too hot outside we can move the event to the terrace, which seats 160, or the grand ballroom.

Are there any alcohol restrictions?

Although we are located in a dry county, Dogwood Venue has resort status which allows us to provide wine, beer, and liquor for any event.

Do you have a list of suggested Vendors?

We have a list of all vendors that have worked with us. In order to best serve you we ask that you speak with us personally so that we can help pick the best vendor for your event.

Is there a designated parking area?

Dogwood Venue has private parking that can accommodate up to 200 vehicles. There is overflow parking available when our designated parking becomes full.

​

We do encourage carpooling and group transportation to avoid having tipsy drivers getting behind the wheel. 

Where are you located?

It is a scenic 6.2 miles north of highway 98 and 3 miles south of Sumrall.  Driving north from 59 we are the first right after passing the Epley station for Longleaf Trace. Upon entering the property please be mindful of runners and cyclists as you cross the Longleaf Trace trail. 

What are the event hours?

Dogwood venue allows parties to be onsite for 14 hours. You can decide which hours work best for you.

On Sundays parties are allowed to be onsite for 10 hours.
